I wanted to pass this along to you guys. The Federal Reserve is meeting on June 14 and 15 to discuss not only the economy but also interest rates.
As you know, interest rates are a frequent topic in the news as it concerns the FED. It is now unlikely that interest rates will rise, due largely in part to the data recently released regarding the May jobs report numbers. More on that later in the article. Please watch the videos below and listen to the audio carefully as you prepare for the FED’s next move, and how the market might react.

May Jobs Report Takes June Rate Hike Off The Table
Peter Schiff predicted a rise in interest rates and discusses the non farm payroll data. He didn’t think there would be another rate hike for 2016. He stated earlier in the year that the Fed needs to admit that they were wrong. Going back to 0% interest rates means we are in a situation that has no exit, and that there will be more QE‘s than Rocky movies.

Meeting calendars, statements, and minutes (2011-2016)
The FOMC holds eight regularly scheduled meetings during the year and other meetings as needed. Links to policy statements and minutes are in the calendars below. The minutes of regularly scheduled meetings are released three weeks after the date of the policy decision.
FOIA
The FOMC makes an annual report pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. The FOMC FOIA Service Center provides information about the status of FOIA requests and the FOIA process.
